First Annual Lakeshore Kids Got Talent Competition At Red Barn Theatre June 21

   LAKESHORE KIDS TAKE THE STAGE AT SAUGATUCK’S RED BARN—On Saturday, June 21, thirty talented kids from around the lakeshore area will “strut their stuff” in what will be the 1st Annual Lakeshore Kids Got Talent Competition at the Red Barn Theatre in Saugatuck, MI.

     They represent the Lakeshore communities of Saugatuck/Douglas, Holland, Hamilton, South Haven and Muskegon. There are vocalists, dancers, musicians and even a future “Houdini,” all from the ages of 10 to 18. The contestants are divided into age groups of 10-12, 13-15, and 16-18. The winner in each age group will receive $100 and then compete for the Grand Prize which is $300 in total.

     Judges for the competition are Delilah DeWylde of Delilah and the Lost Boys Band, Justine Kinneman of the Dance Asylum, Saugatuck, and Tom Zemon, a veteran Broadway and TV actor. Lakeshore Kids Got Talent is sponsored by 63rd Street Production, Inc. the newly formed non-profit community theatre group based at the Red Barn Theatre.

     Come on out to the Red Barn and enjoy the performances of our talented local youngsters as they compete. Tickets are $5 for Adults, $3 for Seniors/Students and are available at the door.
